I have met a variety of bus drivers over the years, and this morning was one of those who took a very peaceful attitude towards the road and the schedule. We were stuck behind two other busses, each making more stops than us, so the sensible thing to do would be to go around them. It took a while to find a break in traffic, so naturally there was a long period of waiting. When we finally managed to pull out into the second lane, around the first bus, our driver chose to change immediately back into the bus lane, rather than continue around the second bus that was stopped a few hundred metres down the road. A few more minutes of waiting for a traffic break ensued.

PS - This enraged my fellow passengers somewhat.
PPS - There was, however, no cheering when we finally got moving properly.
