A group of people dressed as zombies got into a car crash. Their gore makeup greatly confused onlookers and led them to believe the crash was far more serious than it actually was.

Why is it confusing?
Well, the main thing is that zombie makeup makes you look pretty much injured and should-be-dead. Get out of a minor car crash looking like that and it might not be entirely straightforward to judge the severity of the crash.
